In individual therapy, I aim to help you navigate life’s challenges while discovering new insights and creating desired change along the way. Therapy is an opportunity to gain fresh perspectives, face difficult emotions and experiences, explore patterns that aren't serving you, and develop new ways of responding to challenges.

I tailor therapy to your needs using a variety of techniques, including Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Interpersonal Therapy. My approach to therapy focuses on empathy, collaboration, and connection as we work towards your goals.

I work with adults with a wide variety of concerns. Some areas of strength include relationship difficulties, trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, and major life transitions. Available both in-person and virtually.
